Azienda De Palma has obtained the fundamental certifications which attest to the profuse commitment to bring organic products to the table that meet all the criteria, of olive and almond cultivation, harvesting, processing of raw materials and packaging, valid for obtaining official certifications.
Our olives, our extra virgin olive oil as well as our Toritto almonds have obtained the certification from Icea which certifies our products as organic.
Our company has been validated in the control system of the PDO “Terra di Bari” for the harvest of our olives.
Our team is made up of perfectionists who love their work, which is why one of us, Alessandra Stea studied and obtained the title of extra virgin olive oil taster
