Description
Cultivated, produced and bottled in Apulia, Fusion represents the 2020 novelty and is characterised by a blend of our best Ogliarola Barese, Leccino and Coratina cultivars, the fruit of our countryside in the Toritto and Palo del Colle (BA) areas.
A medium fruity oil, characterised by herbaceous aromas reminiscent of rocket and almond fruit.
On the palate it has a delicate bitterness and a pleasant final spicy flicker.
Its balanced flavour together with its very low acidity make it a healthy oil that is extremely versatile in cooking.
Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fusion ‘green leaf’ is produced from olives harvested between October and November that are cold-pressed, within a maximum of 3 to 4 hours after being picked, in our own mill.
Serving suggestion: ideal on simple dishes such as salads, tomatoes, fish, white meat and goat cheese.
