The fruit of our 100% organic olives enclosed in a jar with a design that is both cheerful and refined. Created by the skilful hands of Apulian craftsmen and hand-painted.
Made in 3 colour variants that evoke the chromatic tones of the leaves on our labels.
Cultivated, produced and bottled in Apulia, Fusion is characterised by a blend of our best Ogliarola Barese, Leccino and Coratina cultivars from our fields in the countryside around Toritto and Palo del Colle (BA).
A medium fruity oil, characterised by herbaceous aromas reminiscent of rocket and almond fruit.
On the palate it has a delicate bitterness and a pleasant final spicy flick.
Its balanced flavour together with its very low acidity make it a healthy oil that is extremely versatile in cooking.
Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fusion ‘green leaf’ is produced from olives harvested between October and November that are cold-pressed, within a maximum of 3/4 hours after being picked, in our own mill.
