Description
The Legu-mé snack is made entirely with organic chickpea flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, salt and water. It is a tasty, nutritious, and, energetic snack.
It contains polyunsaturated fats, vegetable proteins, fibers, vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) and C and E groups.
Chickpea flour is rich in saponins that are very useful for reducing blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as minerals such as iron, calcium and phosphorus.
In addiction it contains a fair amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid.
Legu-mé has a high protein content, and is therefore particularly recommended in vegetarian and vegan diet.
This product has a low rate of sugar, so it’s appropriated for a diabetic diet and thanks to the presence of fibers it regulates intestinal transit and prevents the onset of certain types of colon cancer.
