Our organic taralli are made in an artisan way by a laboratory of our trust.
They are made with Senator Cappelli Semolina, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, salt and water.
The Senator Cappelli wheat is an ancient wheat, a variety of the past remained authentic and original, that is, it has not undergone any modification by man to increase its yield.
The flour obtained from this precious wheat has very important organoleptic characteristics:
- a high protein index
- a low gluten content
- contains few carbohydrates
- a low sugar content
- rich in magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, vitamin B and E
- highly digestible
